1. Submitting a notice

If you believe content available through our services infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes: (i) your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (vi) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe in good faith that removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).

3. Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

4. EU / UK equivalents

For EU notices under Article 17 of the Copyright DSM Directive or under the Digital Services Act (DSA) notice-and-action framework, please use the same address; we will follow the procedure required by the law of the place of recipient.
