Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel a Monthly subscription

You can cancel a Monthly subscription at any time, in either of these ways:

  1. Self-serve (recommended): sign in at /dashboard, open Billing, click Cancel subscription, and confirm. The cancellation is processed through Whop's member dashboard (our payment processor), which manages the subscription billing on our behalf — you can also cancel directly from your Whop member account at whop.com/orders. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
  2. Email: send a one-line request from your registered email to [email protected]. We will action the cancellation within one business day and confirm by reply.

Cancellation is at least as easy as signing up, consistent with the U.S. FTC "Click-to-Cancel" rule and the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA). We do not require phone calls, retention scripts, or multi-step "save offers" to cancel.

2. Lifetime License

A Lifetime License has no recurring billing to cancel. You may stop using the Software at any time. See Terms §6 for the operational-life definition of the Lifetime License.

3. Account closure and data deletion

Cancelling a subscription does not, by itself, delete your account. To request account deletion, see the Privacy Policy §8. Deletion ends the ability of the Software to authenticate on your machine.

4. Refunds on cancellation

The refund treatment of a cancelled subscription is governed by the Billing, Subscription & Refund Policy §5.
